We were blessed with clear skies, as if it was celebrating the 1300th anniversary, and the event was a great success with the participation of many people.

Hongu-san Enjo-ji (Hongusan Enjoji) in Kibichuo-cho, Okayama Prefecture, celebrated its 1300th anniversary and held a commemorative memorial service. Fun events such as the traditional child procession, commemorative memorial service, praising concert, praising kagura, and mochi toss were held. The principal image of the shrine, the Senju Kannon, is also on display. --This is the photographer's own comment.
